Jenna Amundson Moss

It is my belief that we are all doing the very best we can with the tools we have, and based on the experiences that have shaped us. I believe increased self reflection, self compassion, and self awareness can lead us all towards our life’s purpose, increasing life satisfaction, contentment, and hope for the future.
My goal is to meet you just where you are and use the strengths you innately have to support you on your path to reconnection, healing, and growth. I use evidence-based and trauma informed interventions throughout the therapeutic process to support you and your goals. I truly believe you are the expert on you. Therefore, I work collaboratively with you throughout your treatment to fit your unique needs, encourage authenticity, self empowerment, and increased enjoyment of life!
A little about me: I have lived in Greensboro, North Carolina for the past 14 years, but have lived across this beautiful state, and in 5 additional states throughout my lifetime. Travel aside, North Carolina will always be home to me. I love the 4 seasons, endless trees, mountains, beach, and yes, even the hot and humid summer! I spend my free time with family, friends, and my pets. My hobbies are quality time with family and friends, yoga, gardening, playing piano, reading, and finding other ways to be expressive and creative. Being a therapist was always my dream, and it a great pleasure supporting my clients to live their most authentic, joyful lives! I believe in the power of holding space for our stories, in our bodies magical ability to heal, and the value of our internal wisdom. I think laughter is deeply important, try to practice authenticity daily, am direct, and love connecting with others as a part of what I do! I look forward to connecting with you to determine if we’re a good fit.
